Costco has decided to offer military members and veterans a discount when they enroll in a new membership.
The promotion is for a $20 Costco Shop Card, and it can only be redeemed by new members.
Here’s who is eligible for the discount:
Active duty
Veterans
Retired military
Spouses and dependents of active duty, veterans, retired military
To take advantage of the offer, you will need to verify your military service. This can be done online through ID.me. Once there you will be able to complete a new registration and purchase a Costco Membership Activation Certificate.
After you complete your registration, you will then need to bring that certificate to your local Costco and your discount will be mailed to you once you have joined Costco.
Your Costco Shop Card can be redeemed both online and in the store.
